The Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia (UWB) in Pilsen offers high school and grammar school students the opportunity to take part in the upcoming ScienceFEL 2026, taking place from November 9 to 13, 2026. Participants can choose from 8 specialized topics, giving them hands-on experience with real-world scientific and engineering work directly within the faculty environment. While the full-day program is guided by experienced instructors, the project tasks are largely hands-on and independent, giving students full freedom to develop their creativity and problem-solving skills.

Participation requires selected students to be excused from regular classes for the full duration of the program. Applicants are expected to show a keen interest in their chosen topic, strong motivation to experiment, a responsible attitude, and to bring their own laptop required for project tasks. Following the week of project work, a dedicated final presentation day will be held, to which teachers and representatives from participating schools are cordially invited.
