Equal Opportunity Policy
"The Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia is committed to open and equal access to education and R&D activities to eliminate cultural, social, and other barriers that prevent certain groups from increasing their education, even though they have quality study prerequisites or to participate in research teams, even though they have necessary prerequisites for the implementation of R&D activities."
Openness, justice, and equal access are part of the horizontal themes of the Strategic Plan for the period 2021-2025. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering wants to achieve this by implementing the Equal Opportunity Policy, the so-called EDI Policy (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion). A practical output is also the Gender Equality Plan.
